Coach Jill Lytle Wilson

Coach Jill Lytle Wilson has served as an Assistant Coach at LSU, Wake Forest University and the University of North Carolina, as well as doing a graduate assistantship at the University of Tennesee-Martin.  Wilson was in charge of training the outside hitters and right side hitters at Wake Forest where she coordinated team travel and assisted in the recruiting process.  While at North Carolina she helped lead the program to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament in 2002, the team held a 32-4 overall record ending the season with a No. 11 ranking.  While at UNC she coached a pair of All-Americans, Laura Greene and Molly Pyles, and helped lead the Tar Heels to a 2002 ACC regular season championship.

Coach Wilson also has experience as an assistant coach for the Triangle Volleyball Club from 2002 - 2006, serving as assistant club director in her last season.

Coach Wilson was a four year letter winner as an outside hitter for LSU from 1997-2000, earning All-SEC Academic Team honors all four years.  During her senior campaign in 2000, she helped the Tigers finish runner-up at the SEC Tournament.  She was named the LSU Student Athlete Volunteer of the Year in 2000.  She served on the school's CHAMPS Student Athlete Advisory Board for four years, the last year as president of the organization.

Coach Sam Ojie

Ojie has 13 years of experience as an assistant coach, most recently a five-year stint at Oklahoma where he worked with on and off-campus recruiting as well as scouting and match preparation. The Sooners racked up 96 victories and appeared in four NCAA Tournaments highlighted by a Sweet 16 run in 2010 before being eliminated by eventual national champion Penn State. Prior to Oklahoma, Ojie spent the 2006 season at Georgia. As an assistant at UCF during 2004 and 2005 seasons, Ojie also served as interim head coach as Meg Colado was on maternity leave for all but two matches of the 2004 campaign.

Ojie began his coaching career at Tulane from 1999-2003. Before joining Tulane's staff, Ojie compiled a prolific playing career for Hainaut Volley of Valenciennes in France, Mizuno Mallory based out of London and the Ivory Coast Abidjan University Club. He led his Hainaut squad in 1998 to a Division III title, thanks to his offensive and blocking skills. The Mizuno squad went undefeated in two of Ojie's three seasons with the club, while the Ivory Coast media recognized him as the team's most outstanding player in 1992.

Ojie, a native of Nigeria who is fluent in three languages, graduated from the Command Second School in 1985. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and received his associate's degree in applied business while at Tulane.
